Accounts Receivable | Billing | Collections Clerk

Servpro of Lake Geneva is seeking someone for our Accounts Receivable/Billing/Collections position. We need someone who is great on the phone and has the ability to make daily calls to collect payments. This person should have experience making phone calls to collect customer payments, excellent accounting skills, previous invoicing experience, as well as QuickBooks experience. The role also requires someone to assist the Receptionist with answering the phone. The ideal candidate is one who is proactive, experienced, and is willing to take ownership of this position. Duties/Responsibilities Daily collections calls. Complete routine Accounts Receivable/Billing/Collections procedures. Assist in answering phones. Create financial reports and perform analysis. Prepare and maintain cash management reports. Other duties as required/assigned. Qualifications/Requirements 1+ year(s) of experience with QuickBooks/Bookkeeping required. 2+ years of experience with collection activities required. 3+ years of experience Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Ability to multi-task. Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment. Ability to lift up to a minimum of 25 pounds. Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of. Ability to push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
