We offer complete move and transition planning services, taking care of all details to create a seamless process, providing clients with peace of mind. Additionally, we help with staging client's homes and Retirement community apartments. Our team works with a range of clients, and to accomplish our timelines we need a team leader to help us with managing and delivering the packing material. Job Title:
Client Services Advisor (CSA)
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
The Client Services Advisor role is pivotal in creating a positive client experience from the very first interaction. By effectively managing inquiries, aligning clients with the appropriate resources, facilitating communication, and assisting with scheduling and staffing logistics, the Client Services Advisor contributes to our efficiency and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Responsible, organized, rational, calm under pressure. Personable, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic. Compassionate and sympathetic to the needs of our clients and their loved ones. Self-directed, ability to work independently. Experience working with seniors preferred. Experience with scheduling teams Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience working with Customer Relations Management (CRM) software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility for answering incoming phone calls. Handle prospective client intake, answer general inquiries, and resolve minor issues. Respond to inquiries from clients received through online channels. Understand the needs and requirements of clients and assign the appropriate Move Manager based on their specific needs. Assist Move Manager with scheduling and rescheduling jobs as required. Manage the complete lifecycle of sorting jobs. Communicate effectively with staff and clients Assign jobs to the appropriate staff Update job details in the organization's proprietary portal Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide timely status updates as needed. Plan and deliver comprehensive training and onboarding sessions for new employees. In-depth knowledge of the organization's online proprietary portal. Creating new Client Records Updating records, schedule or reschedule services, and enter relevant notes into the portal Participates in a weekend phone rotation. (one weekend a month) Monitor voicemails and emails during weekends Serve as the point of contact for employees on weekend jobs Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by the organization.
