Job DescriptionRRD is hiring for an eBilling Assistant for our Wheeling, WV or Columbus, OH office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm!
The e-Billing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the monthly submission of electronic invoices and accruals to clients through various e-billing platforms, auditing e-billed invoices for clients and communicating rejections to account owners. The e-Billing Assistant works closely with the Billing Analysts to ensure timely and accurate billing and reporting for clients.(•denotes an "essential function")Submit electronic bills via Hub or directly to third-party siteAssist in performing basic analyses/audits of e-billed invoicesCollaborate with team members on the resubmission of invoicesPopulate, maintain, and update data for assigned clients in the billing systemSubmit client accruals for e-billed mattersEnsure all client specific needs are met regarding eBilling processes while adhering to company policies. Perform other required duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma required; college-level courses in Accounting or Accounting Degree are a plusMinimum one year of office experience in a law-firm or professional organization preferredBasic understanding of e-billing processes and systems, with a willingness to learn and grow in this areaProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentEagerness to learn and contribute to team initiativesStrong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform well in cross-functional diverse team environment and to interface effectively and successfully with internal management, peers, vendors, and client staffSelf-starter with a high level of initiativeAbility to professionally handle matters of a sensitive nature with confidentialityAdditional InformationThe salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.02-23.46/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
