Collections Account Manager Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM 2 evening shifts/week: 12:00 PM•9:00
PM Rotating Saturdays:
8:00 AM•12:00 PM Full-time (40 hours/week) What will you do? As a Collections Account Manager, you will: Speak with customers to find realistic payment solutions Negotiate payment plans in a professional, respectful way Meet daily call goals and performance targets Follow up on accounts to ensure resolution Learn skip tracing and account research techniques Accurately document customer interactions Stay compliant with company policies and regulations What You Need to Become a Collections Account Manager No previous collections experience required—we train you!
