Collection Supervisor

Collection Supervisor Permanent : Atlanta 6 Degrees Group Our client in Johns Creek, GA is hiring for a Collection Supervisor. This newly created role focuses on leading a team dedicated to collections while supporting lien and bond processes within a growing environment. The position requires a hands-on leader who can mentor a team of nine and drive timely resolution of receivables. Ideal candidates will bring strong B2B collections experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of collections professionals, ensuring performance and development Oversee aging receivables, driving resolution of accounts beyond terms and managing credit holds Review delinquent accounts and coordinate third-party collection placements when necessary Support lien and bond processes, including review of documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of B2B collections experience with prior leadership responsibility Experience with construction liens and payment bonds strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar) Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership abilities Qualified, local candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
