About Us We are a fast-growing, family-owned commercial truck dealership specializing in high-quality pre-owned trucks and equipment. Our team works hard, treats customers like family, and keeps operations running smoothly from the office to the lot. We're looking for a reliable, organized, friendly, and ambitious team member who wants to grow with us long-term. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Office Title Clerk / Sales & Logistics Coordinator to handle dealership paperwork, support our sales team, and coordinate the pick-up/delivery of the trucks we buy and sell. This is an essential role that keeps our dealership running efficiently every day.
Responsibilities Title & Office Work:
Process titles, registrations, and documentation for purchased and sold trucks Verify accuracy of VINs, titles, and all required paperwork Communicate with tag & title agencies, banks, customers, and vendors Maintain organized digital and physical records Assist with general office tasks and administrative support
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with paperwork, customer follow-ups, and information gathering Prepare purchase packets, sales contracts, invoices, and temp tags Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers professionally
Logistics Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries of trucks Communicate with drivers, transport companies, and customers regarding timelines Track incoming/outgoing units and update internal systems Ensure smooth communication between sales, service, and transport teams Qualifications Previous dealership, title clerk, office assistant, or sales admin experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills (phone & email) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-business environment Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) Ability to solve problems and work independently Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is
