- Consistent on-site schedule with no travel requirements Key Responsibilities (Credit Manager):
- Manage customer credit files, payment histories, and account activity
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on delinquent balances
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and outstanding invoices
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing concerns
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend credit terms and limits
- Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation
- Partner with accounting to support cash flow objectives and month-end processes
- Generate aging, collections, and account status reports for management Qualifications (Credit Manager):
- Previous experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
