In-Office SUMMARY:
Assist Collections representatives and customers with researching and resolving billing issues. Provide ongoing coaching and assistance in training to ensure effective collections and customer service. Lead the department by example and provide positive interactions with employee development.

Range:
$18•20 Monthly Incentive•Based on collection metrics
SCHEDULE
First 30 Days (Training Period): 9:00 AM•6:00 PM After 30
Days:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
10:00 AM•7:00
PM Tuesday, Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:00 PM Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 Years in a Leadership position. Progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or Billing preferred. Leadership and coaching skills. Strong customer service skills. Experience guiding teams with the ability to drive performance. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Willingness to learn AR-specific processes (training provided).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve customer billing problems, reduce Accounts Receivable delinquency, analyze account payment information, and make recommendations as needed. Assist the collections group when in queue to maintain zero wait times. Accept first level of supervisory escalation calls. Apply sound business judgment when researching customer accounts for credit. Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills. Assist in training and professional development of new employees. Provide excellent customer experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
