This includes collector team oversight, handling escalated calls, training new collector employees, managing staff to client and firm policies and procedures, as well as setting and meeting collection goals. Candidate will also interact with clients by providing reporting including forecasts, trending and exceptions. Candidate will also work with firm management team in all aspects of client expectations. Must have great phone and managerial skills as well as good computer knowledge including Excel and data exchange interfaces.
