Job Description Responsibilities:
Analyzing fraud reports to assess the efficacy of fraud prevention tactics and strategies, and adjusting policies accordingly Serving as the main point of contact for vendors and stakeholders, fostering business relationships to support fraud management goals Developing, evaluating, and refining performance metrics to optimize the functions supervised and align with departmental objectives Tracking and analyzing team performance, implementing strategic changes to drive improvements in fraud detection and prevention Educating employees on the use of performance metrics and tools to bolster financial performance and fraud risk management Cultivating a positive work environment by promoting open communication, inclusion, and fair treatment in alignment with company values Leading change management initiatives, communicating key business changes to the team and guiding the adoption process Ensuring consistent messaging to the team that ties back to the overall business strategy and fosters a customer-centric culture Collaborating cross-functionally to maintain consistent operations across the business and enhance vendor management practices Generating activity reports and financial forecasts to evaluate progress towards achieving fraud management goals and objectives Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
