As we continue to expand, we are looking for a powerhouse leader to champion our Drain Cleaning division and take it to the next level. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Drain Cleaning Manager with 10+ years of hands-on and leadership experience in the trade. This isn't a role for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk. We need an operational strategist with a growth mindset—someone who knows the technical grid of the trade inside and out, but thrives on driving KPIs, building elite teams, and mentoring the next generation of technicians. You will have a proven history of leading drain cleaners, transforming raw talent into a high-performing, revenue-generating unit.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Cultivation:
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of drain technicians
Performance & KPI Management:
Own the division's metrics.
Growth & Strategy:
Collaborate with executive leadership to implement growth strategies
Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure "Dream Team" standard of service is upheld on every call.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
