Collections Manager:
Full-Time, Exempt Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Hybrid Position - After the initial training period, a hybrid work model will become an option. You will be requested to work 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. Allowing for a blend of remote and onsite work based on performance and departmental needs.

As our Collections Manager, you'll guide a high-performing team responsible for protecting the credit union's assets while delivering exceptional member service. You'll oversee daily operations, tackle complex collection cases, and partner across departments to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. You bring strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a passion for coaching teams to success. Experience in collections, especially with complex accounts like bankruptcies and repossessions, is essential—along with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. Collections Manager:
5+ years of collections or related experience (including bankruptcy, repossession, loss mitigation) 3+ years in a leadership or management role Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical abilities High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Haves as a
Collections Manager:
