Essential Job Functions:
Manage Self-Pay Accounts:
Oversee the self-pay accounts receivable process to ensure accounts are moving through the self-pay life cycle as designed.Bad Debt Management:
Handle bad debt inventory management, placements, and returns. Reconcile bad debt transactions and manage vendor recall requests.Acute and PRC Inventory Management:
Oversee the management of acute and PRC (Physician Revenue Cycle) inventory.Deceased Account Review:
Conduct reviews of deceased accounts to ensure proper handling and resolution.Statement Holds Review:
Review and resolve statement holds to ensure timely billing and collections.Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance, including ATB (Aged Trial Balance) review summaries for leadership and external teams. Identify opportunities that impact aging self-pay AR (Accounts Receivable).Compliance:
Ensure all billing and collections activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to the self-pay operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in self-pay operations.Technical Proficiency:

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire•Company Paid Required Work Experience:
1 to 3 Years Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
