This role assists with leasing, resident relations, financial administration, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to residents. The ideal candidate has experience with Collections, using Yardi , and is a Team Player, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Resident Relations Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, certifications, lease preparation, and renewals Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents Communicate effectively with residents regarding policies, lease terms, and compliance requirements Address resident concerns professionally and in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with residents and prospects when needed Administrative & Financial Support Use Yardi to process applications, post rent payments, track delinquencies, and maintain resident records Assist with rent collection, delinquency notices, and follow‑up Prepare standard property reports related to occupancy, leasing, and income Support budget tracking and expense control Property Operations Collections oversight-including Collections reporting Qualifications Required 1-3 years of experience in multi‑family property management or affordable housing Hands‑on experience with Yardi property management software Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance standards Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience with collections and financial reporting High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, housing, or real estate preferred) Work Environment & Schedule On‑site office environment with regular community interaction Some evening or weekend availability may be required Fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment with a strong focus on resident satisfaction Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization
