Job Description
Key Responsibilities Optimize the doctor's schedule to maximize daily and monthly production Reduce open chair time through active scheduling and patient follow-up Monitor daily collections and ensure patient balances are collected at time of service Oversee insurance billing, claim follow-up, and denial resolution Maintain strong accounts receivable and improve collection percentages Present treatment plan fees and payment options clearly to patients Track and report key performance metrics (production, collections, AR, open chair time) Supervise front desk operations and ensure consistent office procedures Qualifications 2+ years experience in dental office management or administration Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Proven ability to improve production and collections Confident communicator with patients and team Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Experience with dental practice management software What We Offer Stable, single-doctor practice environment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to directly impact practice growth and performance Potential for performance-based incentives If you are a motivated dental manager who thrives on numbers, efficiency, and accountability, we'd love to hear from you.
