Position Responsibilities Lead the Corporate Collections team by managing workflow, conducting regular check-in meetings and creating a positive work environment. Evaluate team member performance through regular feedback, career development discussions and year-end reviews. Resolve escalated customer concerns and guide the team in effective payment collection strategies. Partner with management to identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate cross-functional resources to support collection initiatives, including leading Customer Service team members when needed. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field preferred. 2+ years of collections or customer service experience. Leadership experience a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work from our Waukegan office at least 50% of the time.
