Join a well-established manufacturing company during an important system update and play a key role in keeping customer information accurate and up to date. This contract Data Entry Clerk opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, communicating with customers, and making sure the details are right.

ASAP start, 3-4 month contract Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule

Compensation:
$18-$23/hour
DOE What You'll Be Doing:
Research customer accounts and review existing account information
Contact customers by phone and email to validate account status and details
Update customer records based on research and customer responses
Enter and maintain accurate customer information in SAP
Update account flags and other master data as needed
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office to support the project
Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing detailed information What You'll Need to be
Considered:
Be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
Have strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Be comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple systems
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Be highly organized and able to consistently maintain accurate records
