This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy of customer-facing data and promotional content across platforms, supporting both operational efficiency and brand integrity. Reporting directly to the Data Operations Manager, this role will work independently and be accountable for ensuring that product records, discount structures, and digital menus are accurate, standardized, and consistently updated. While embedded in the Data Operations team, the position will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Wholesale, Inventory, and Retail departments to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints. This role also supports leadership priorities under the broader oversight of the Director of Information Systems, who oversees these departments in the organizational structure. Self-management, attention to detail, and cross-departmental coordination are essential to success in this role.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Uphold Data Governance:
Perform quality checks to maintain clean, consistent, and complete data across platforms including Dutchie, and other E-commerce platforms.
Enforce Naming Conventions:
Maintain standardized naming structures across all systems and vendors, including third-party and subcontractor entries.
Systematic Record Creation:
Maintain product records through routine audits Input and update discount structures for all retail stores Manages our customer communication platform.
Departmental Support:
Assist Production Teams with data entry for backlog documentation. Routinely audit systems for organizational standards and data consistency. Collaborate with Marketing & Procurement to ensure discounts are created & maintained at all times. Routinely update E-commerce information & verify online menus for accuracy
Required Skills & Abilities:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with data management tools and ERP or CRM systems Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional accuracy in data entry, with a strong commitment to maintaining clena and consistent data Able to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues with minimal supervision Communication & Collaboration Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and vendors to enforce data standards Organizational Skills Capable of managing time efficiently and handling multiple ongoing audits and data tasks Experience maintaining structured records and performing periodic data reviews Work Ethic & Integrity Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment Maintains confidentiality and respects the sensitivity of business data
Preferred Education & Experience:
1-2 years of experience in data entry, database management, or a related adminstrative role Experience working with Dutchie seed-to-sale software Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to obtain a Facility Agent (FA) badge. Must be able to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily desk-based but includes certain physical requirements to perform essential duties effectively. This position involves prolonged periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and sustained attention to detailed data on screens or printed documents, necessitating strong visual acuity and manual dexterity for typing and mouse control.
