The Data Entry Specialist will help support the growing complexity of our data infrastructure and ensure consistent, accurate information across business systems. This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy of customer-facing data and promotional content across platforms, supporting both operational efficiency and brand integrity. Reporting directly to the Data Operations Manager, this role will work independently and be accountable for ensuring that product records, discount structures, and digital menus are accurate, standardized, and consistently updated. While embedded in the Data Operations team, the position will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Wholesale, Inventory, and Retail departments to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints. This role also supports leadership priorities under the broader oversight of the Director of Information Systems, who oversees these departments in the organizational structure. Self-management, attention to detail, and cross-departmental coordination are essential to success in this role.
