Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will assist with maintaining and updating critical information across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into designated systems with precision and efficiency.
- Verify and confirm the accuracy of organizational, office, and agent information across various platforms.
- Utilize systems such as Agent Book, FlexMLS, and AZ Dept. of Realtors to manage data effectively.
- Provide technical support related to data management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data transitions and updates.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies within data entries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- Perform audits on data entries to ensure consistent quality.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines. Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in computer-based data entry systems and software.
- Familiarity with systems like Agent Book, FlexMLS, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
