Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a dynamic non-profit organization in Tucson, Arizona. In this Contract to permanent role, you will provide essential administrative and office support, working closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while showcasing your organizational and data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into organizational systems while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Organize and maintain office files and records to ensure easy access and proper documentation.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Monitor and order office supplies to maintain uninterrupted workflow.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the leadership team.
- Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements
- Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and document management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
- Familiarity with non-profit organizations is a plus but not required.
