Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will assist with maintaining and updating critical information across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

  • Verify and confirm the accuracy of organizational, office, and agent information across various platforms.
  • Utilize systems such as Agent Book, FlexMLS, and AZ Dept. of Realtors to manage data effectively.
  • Provide technical support related to data management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data transitions and updates.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies within data entries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform audits on data entries to ensure consistent quality.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
