Data Entry Clerk Flag Solutions - 3.0 Anaheim, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Data Entry Admin - Production Control Associate Location Anaheim, CA Department Production Control / Operations Reports To Production Control Manager Classification Full-Time Compensation $18-20/hr Clasification Temporary Job Summary The Production Control Associate is responsible for supporting production scheduling, material coordination, inventory accuracy, and order tracking to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This position helps maintain schedule adherence, monitors material availability, and supports overall production performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Production Scheduling & Coordination Release and manage work orders in alignment with production schedules. Monitor production schedules and support schedule adherence. Coordinate material availability with purchasing and warehouse teams. Track shortages and expedite critical components as needed. Assist in resolving material constraints that impact production timelines. Inventory & ERP Management Maintain accurate production and inventory records within ERP/MRP systems. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities. Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely. Help maintain production reporting accuracy and data integrity. Reporting & Administrative Support Generate and distribute production reports, KPIs, and status updates. Assist with operational reporting and production documentation. Communicate production status updates with internal departments. Support continuous improvement efforts related to production flow and inventory control. Compliance & Operational Support Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Support daily manufacturing operations within office, production, and warehouse environments. Perform additional production control and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1 3 years of experience in production control, manufacturing, supply chain, operations support, or data entry. Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to walk the production floor as needed. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels and temperatures. Working Conditions On-site position located in Anaheim, CA. Fast-paced office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment. #FTR1
