Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Foreman Electrician to lead projects and guide teams through commercial electrical installations and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to professional excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead electrical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Plan, implement, and oversee electrical installations from start to finish. Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety standards. Manage project logistics, including materials, tools, and schedules. Mentor apprentices and journeymen, providing training and development opportunities. Coordinate with other construction professionals and departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative solutions. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and project reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical projects. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
