Data Entry Clerks - looking to hire ASAP fully onsite in Irwindale Mon - Fri 8-5pm Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support our team with day-to-day data management tasks. This is a straightforward role ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy and works well independently. What You'll Do Review and validate forms for completeness and accuracy Enter and update information into spreadsheets in a timely manner Flag any discrepancies or missing information for review Maintain organized records to ensure data integrity What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Basic data entry skills and comfort working with spreadsheets Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Reliable, self-motivated, and organized Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus This is a 2-3 week temp assignment. Looking to hire ASAP. $24-25/hr No relocation offered Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
