Office Assistant (city of industry)

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in the City of Industry. L.S.C. Cooling is a truck parts retailer providing service to local truck drivers and mechanics. Duties Greet visitors and clients professionally, providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Replying to customer messages and inquiries, checking inventory avilability, printing and organizing invoices. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and financial transactions. Skills Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with multi-line phone systems, customer support, and professional phone etiquette. Flueny in English and Chinese preferred.
