Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support a fast-paced Contract assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. In this role, you will manage large amounts of information with accuracy, organize records within Excel, and help ensure consistency across multiple data sources. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and confident handling repetitive tasks with precision.
Responsibilities:
  • Input high volumes of information from multiple source systems into a centralized Excel spreadsheet with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Review records from separate databases and evaluate entries to identify mismatches, missing details, or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets and update data sets in a timely manner to support project deadlines.
  • Perform detailed quality checks to confirm that entered information is complete, properly formatted, and reliable.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and flag issues that require correction or follow-up.
  • Manage repetitive, detail-heavy tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent productivity throughout the assignment.
