Data Entry Specialist Therm-x of California - 2.9 Hayward, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $23 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Quality data entry Full Job Description Therm-x of California is the leading manufacture for Advanced Temperature and Control Systems for Hi-Technology industries. We have been in business for over 30 years and have a diverse customer base. We offer competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the materials department by entering data into our various processing systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and sort documents / data sheets for the purpose of data entry Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first Check to make sure that accurate data has been entered into the database Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements Discuss incomplete information with supervisor Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately Check source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every stage Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system Qualifications and Skills desired: Must have excellent data entry speed and accuracy Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict daily or weekly data-processing deadlines Proficiency with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a major plus Experience in manufacturing environment a plus 2 years of experience in relevant work
