JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our clinical research team as a Clinical Research Data Entry Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely entry of clinical trial data into databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge medical research and make a meaningful impact on the development of new healthcare interventions.RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry and Verification:
Accurately enter and verify clinical trial data into designated databases. Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. Ensure data integrity and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.Database Management:
Maintain and update clinical trial databases with real-time information. Generate and distribute reports as needed.Quality Control:
Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data. Participate in quality assurance activities to uphold data quality standards.Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of data entry activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing clinical research data.Communication:
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and data management personnel. Provide regular updates on data entry progress and escalate issues when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Recommended-Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, or data management).Experience:
Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems is an advantage.Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.Communication:
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Job Type:
