Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Improvement professional for a contract opportunity in Orange, CA within the healthcare services industry. This role supports quality improvement operations through accurate data entry, provider credentialing file preparation, outreach support, and communication with internal teams and providers. This is a great opportunity for someone with data entry experience who enjoys organized, process-driven work in a mission-focused healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry using various documents, files, systems, and data sources. Support quality improvement program operations and assist the team with department goals and priorities. Conduct outreach calls as needed to obtain or verify information for data entry purposes. Assist with preparation of credentialing files, including data entry and file readiness for review. Respond to inquiries from providers and internal staff regarding credentialing status. Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information and ensure documents are secured at the end of each day.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$23 per hour.
