Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Timekeeping & Records Specialist to support accurate employee time entry and compliance documentation. This role involves data entry of employee hours into the MyTime system, maintaining records, and completing assigned administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Timekeeping Data Entry:
Input employee hours into MyTime with accuracy and timeliness.
Records Management:
Maintain and retain Department of Transportation documentation.
Administrative Support:
Perform various assigned tasks to support department operations.
Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensure all entries meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness.
Communication:
Collaborate with team members and provide updates on time‑sensitive tasks.
Qualifications Education:
High School diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of relevant experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under time‑sensitive situations. Effective oral and written communication. Basic Microsoft proficiency. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
