Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30

You'll be the calm in the storm, the go-to for getting things done, and the reason the office runs like a dream. Data Entry Clerk works under the close supervision of the Document Control Specialist / Manager, enters data including lists of items, numbers, and performs other clerical and administrative duties. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred. Experience Requirements At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software. Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Job Duties Enter drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), release dates, revisions, and special instructions into the Made2Manage (M2M) system Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update documentation and logs Enter long lead part numbers and maintain Sales Order BOM information Prepare, release, and distribute approved documentation and job materials Notify departments when jobs are released and follow up on required actions Process approved corrections and update records within M2M Scan and organize blueprints, forms, documentation, and sales order records Provide phone coverage and general clerical support as needed Assist with drawing entries during high-volume periods Order office supplies and support department operations Serve as backup to the Document Control Specialist when needed Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial. Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred. Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Data Entry Clerk. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
