Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update high volumes of data into internal systems with a high level of accuracyMaintain and verify records related to inventory, production schedules, shipping, and purchase ordersReview data for errors or discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely mannerAssist with document management, including scanning, filing, and organizing recordsCollaborate with operations, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracyGenerate basic reports and support data audits as neededFollow established procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and policiesSupport additional administrative tasks as assigned
