$19.25 per hour
LOCATION
Sacramento, CA
SCHEDULE
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | On-Site

Hands-On Work - Work with scanning equipment, documents, and computer systems throughout the day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Scan and process documents according to established priorities.

Review scanned documents to ensure images are clear and legible.

Verify and correct data captured through OCR to ensure accuracy.

Enter and research information using internal computer systems.

Perform routine maintenance on scanning and mail equipment.

Escalate equipment or system issues when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or GED.Typing speed of 45 WPM or greater with 99%+ accuracy.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to perform repetitive document-processing and computer-based work with a high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.

Prolonged computer and screen use.

Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.

Ability to work occasional overtime or a flexible schedule as needed.
