Data Entry SpecialistAbout the Opportunity Join a leading life sciences organization as a Data Entry Specialist and become an essential part of a growing team supporting critical customer orders and operations. + Accurately enter and process a high volume of customer orders within internal databases and order management systems.

+ Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and responsive support.

+ Review order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Assist customers with order-related issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and completed accurately.

+ Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements.

+ Support process improvements and navigate changes associated with new systems and workflows. QualificationsRequired + 1+ year of data entry, order processing, customer service, or administrative support experience.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Preferred

+ Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or a related industry.

+ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

+ Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or order management software. What We're Looking For

+ Onsite location: San Diego, CA.

+ Shift start times range from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

+ Shift end times range from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
