• Contract Probate Advance is looking to hire a Court Researcher.

This job requires you to go to the Santa Clara Courthouse (191 N First St, San Jose, CA 95113) to procure specific probate-related documents during business hours. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. In addition, there will be training on identifying and obtaining detailed documents/records. This job is flexible, so you can decide on your hours if you can make it to the court during business hours.

Requirements:

You must have a laptop computer that you can bring with you Must be able to type quickly and efficiently Must be able to work independently Must be able to work during regular court business hours Must have reliable transportation Must be able to scan documents if needed Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets We pay per name and address you provide, so the more efficient you are, the more money you can make. Experience is not required. This position is a temporary contract job.
