    Part-time hours 08:00
  • 1:00pm Monday to Friday.
Performs various data-entry/clerical tasks to support the management team. These tasks include high volume of data-input, preparing management reports, maintaining files, answering calls, and other related clerical and administrative support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered. Read source documents such as sales reports, or bills, and enter date in specific data fields, using keyboards or scanners. Maintain electronic and hard copy files, storing documents in appropriate location. Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be proficient in operating standard office equipment Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide (basic math skills) Must be able to speak, read, and write in English Ability to research, read, and understand management and operational reports Excellent organizational skills Excellent time management skills Must follow-up with reports and deadlines as needed
