ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases + Review documents for accuracy and completeness before entry + Verify data and correct discrepancies as needed + Maintain organized digital and physical records + Assist with scanning, filing, and document management tasks + Support administrative teams with basic clerical duties + Perform quality checks on entered data for accuracy + Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy standards Requirements + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks + Basic computer and typing skills + Strong organizational abilities + Ability to meet deadlines and productivity expectations + Dependable and consistent work ethic
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience + 1+ year of administrative or data entry experience preferred + High school diploma or equivalent required Systems & Software + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required + Experience with databases or ERP systems a plus
