Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Program Support Specialist to help manage and maintain accurate program information between Salesforce and WordPress platforms. This part-time role, approximately 8 hours per week, is essential in ensuring our nonprofit's programming information is current, accessible, and effectively communicated to the communities we serve. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, maintaining calendars, and ensuring timely communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate program data from Salesforce into WordPress
  • Ensure website program listings, schedules, and related content are current and error-free
  • Monitor data consistency between systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage program calendars, deadlines, and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate with internal staff to gather necessary information for updates
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and communication requests
  • Organize digital records and workflows for efficient ongoing maintenance
  • Identify and troubleshoot data or content issues proactively
  • Support ongoing administrative and operational needs related to program management
Additional Duties :
  • Track and report on program attendance using Zoom, Smartsheet, and Salesforce
  • Merge duplicate contacts and maintain clean, accurate constituent records in Salesforce
  • Assist with data integrity projects and system organization efforts
  • Provide additional administrative, operational, and program support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without close supervision
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Responsive and professional communication skills, especially via email
  • Comfortable managing calendars and deadlines
  • Experience with data entry, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and website content management systems (preferably WordPress)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay on top of ongoing responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
  • Previous experience working with nonprofit organizations
  • Familiarity with program coordination or community-based services
  • Experience with Zoom and Smartsheet reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of website formatting and content publishing best practices About our
