Roofing Production Job Overview As a Field Service Technician, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will perform minor repairs and jobsite cleanup as you interface with our installation crews. You will also engage directly with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and any concerns are properly documented. What you'll do Photo documentation of jobsite conditions and uploading digital photos to company database. Assist with proper ladder placement and retrieval. Assist Production Department with Field Support Requests. Work with Production Administrative Coordinator & Production Management for daily assignment of specific tasks. Coordinate with coworkers to organize, handle, deliver, and track equipment/material inventory and assist in the coordination, use and movement of such. Inspect roof installations post-installation and perform Quality Control inspections. Assist with oversight of installations including interfacing with customers, crews, suppliers, Project Managers, etc. Clean up of roofing debris on jobsites during/following work performed by roof installation crews. Regular jobsite and completed roof/solar system inspections and necessary repairs/corrections prior to permit inspections. Regular jobsite repairs, service and corrections. Maintain safe driving record, mileage log and care for company vehicle and property, including related documentation and receipts. Commitment to excellent customer service and company performance while maintaining maximum company integrity and efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Sufficient in Microsoft Office and related systems Elevated interpersonal and communication skills

Education and Experience:

Roofing industry experience preferred Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 75+ lbs of dynamic weight Able to sit and drive for extensive periods of time Able to climb ladders and access roofs of various heights

Full-time Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
