Contractor Work Model:

Onsite•onsite Responsibilities Review large volumes of displaced documentation while working onsite at the Records Center Locate documents within systems such as SharePoint and ProjectWise Validate whether electronic records exist Perform quality assurance on scanned images Scan missing records Link documents into the appropriate database Primarily work independently while supporting internal business operations and records management Requirements Administrative or data entry background Strong research skills Experience with SharePoint and/or ProjectWise Database experience Record review experience Ability to work independently Attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to stay on task, and independence System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
