Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records, managing high-volume data entry, and providing general administrative support to various departments. This role requires a professional who can handle sensitive information with discretion and move quickly between technical tasks and customer-facing duties.
salary:
$19 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30

Accurately enter and update information into the company database (ERP/CRM). Perform regular audits of data to ensure system integrity.
Case & Document Support:
Open new client files, organize digital and physical documents, and prepare reports for management or external stakeholders (e.g., judicial or regulatory bodies).
Operational Logistics:
Manage inbound/outbound correspondence, answer multi-line phone systems, and coordinate shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
Research & Reporting:
Conduct research to gather missing data points and utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, pivot tables, and status reports.
Office Administration:
Assist with front-desk duties, order office supplies, and maintain a highly organized filing system.
