This person will enter and maintain accurate card information, keep inventory records organized, and support the team's daily repacking operations. Responsibilities Accurately enter sports card information into spreadsheets and internal systems. Identify and record card details, including player, year, brand, set, parallel, serial number, and grade. Update inventory records as cards move through the repacking process. Review entries for accuracy, missing information, and duplicates. Keep spreadsheets organized and easy for the team to use. Work closely with the repacking team to resolve discrepancies and keep records current. Requirements Sports card knowledge and experience are required. Personal collecting, buying, or selling experience counts. Familiarity with sports card brands, sets, parallels, and grading terminology. Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills. Comfortable using computers and entering information into spreadsheets. Organized, dependable, and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas. Previous experience in data entry, inventory tracking, or administrative support.
