Data Entry/Hands-on contributor

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to enter information into our software to list sports items on several channels including Ebay, Amazon, Walmart.com, and our website. Ideal candidate loves sports and has knowledge of NFL, NBA, and MLB players and teams. Social Media knowledge a big plus. Must be O365, excel, and ebay savvy with a keen eye for detail. You will work with a team of sports enthusiasts and help our company grow in the booming sports card industry. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. Responsibilities Transfer data into multi-listing software Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost Provide cross-functional support wherever operational demands require immediate hands-on assistance, this may be in our shop, shipping, and inventory. Skills Proven experience as data entry clerk Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices Basic understanding of databases Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to detail High school degree or equivalent
