This contract opportunity is ideal for an administrative professional with strong Excel skills, excellent data accuracy, and experience handling confidential employee or applicant information. In this role, you will support a busy Human Resources team in a mission-driven government and public sector environment. You will help maintain accurate workforce records, process high-volume HR data, reconcile information across systems and spreadsheets, and support time-sensitive staffing needs during an important operational period. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, review, and maintain employee, applicant, and temporary worker information in HR systems, spreadsheets, databases, tracking logs, and electronic files. Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy while meeting established election cycle processing deadlines. Review applications, forms, staffing records, personnel documents, and supporting materials for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. Reconcile HR data across spreadsheets, reports, staffing records, applications, and authorized documentation to identify discrepancies or missing information. Maintain HR master lists, temporary assignment records, status reports, workforce tracking spreadsheets, and other administrative records. Scan, index, organize, file, and maintain confidential electronic HR records according to established procedures and records-management standards.
