Data Entry Representative

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Representative to join our Business Office team in Jacksonville, FL. Must have experience in the Healthcare Industry and EMR experience. salary:

$20 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities

• Collect information and documentation pertinent to data to be processed, and edit same.
• Organize and code data for entry into system.
• Enter data necessary into system and maintain a system of checks and balances.
• Data Entry of outpatient charges and/or correcting charges.
• Key cash from remittance advice and/or Explanation of Benefits.
• Verify the Medicare EFTs reconcile with all Medicare ERAs loaded on HMS.
• Completes Census reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Review all agency closed reports for final bad debt write-off.
• Coordinate with the Admissions Office representative for balancing census.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required.
