Job Summary Join our retail team as a Cashier and Customer Service associate and make every customer interaction count. You'll process purchases accurately, answer questions, and help shoppers find products that fit their needs. Bring clear communication, a helpful attitude, and confidence with basic math; we'll value your ability to keep service moving while creating a welcoming store experience. Duties Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register; complete retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash handling, including balancing and securing the cash drawer. Deliver friendly customer service in person and by phone, using professional phone etiquette to resolve questions or direct customers to the right resource. Support retail sales through product knowledge, product demos, and appropriate upselling; explain product features clearly and help customers compare options. Restock merchandise, maintain organized displays, and support merchandising so products are easy to find and store areas remain presentable.

Experience Essential:

Customer service, communication skills, basic math, cash register operations, cash drawer handling, and comfort learning POS tools.

Preferred:

Retail sales, sales, retail math, stocking, merchandising, and familiarity with retail store product knowledge. Supervising experience is a plus. Bilingual communication skills are also welcome.

Pay:

$25.38 - $30.56 per hour
