In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and tracked with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Accurately input and process customer orders using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other database tools. Manage data entry tasks with speed and precision, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in company databases. Utilize computer skills to update order statuses, generate reports, and maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval. Conduct data collection activities, including verifying order details and cross-referencing information across multiple platforms. Maintain high standards of typing speed and accuracy for transcription, order entry, and clerical documentation. Support office operations through filing, organizing paperwork, and managing digital records related to orders and inventory. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders while adhering to organizational procedures and basic math calculations for order totals or quantities. Experience Prior clerical or office experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with databases, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), and ERP systems used for order management. Strong computer skills with an emphasis on typing speed, accuracy, and familiarity with transcription tasks. Experience in order entry or processing within a logistics, supply chain, or customer service environment is advantageous. Knowledge of basic math principles necessary for accurate data collection and order calculations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, or clerical duties will be considered a plus.
