This role supports inventory management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting functions by ensuring that all purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and related records are entered promptly and accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter purchase orders, vendor invoices, sales orders, and customer invoices into the company database or ERP system. Verify the accuracy of pricing, quantities, product codes, and customer/vendor information. Maintain and update inventory records based on purchase and sales transactions. Review documents for completeness and follow up on missing or incorrect information. Process order adjustments, returns, credits, and corrections as needed. Reconcile purchase and sales records with supporting documentation. Generate reports related to purchases, sales, inventory, and order activity. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting activities. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding order discrepancies and data corrections. Ensure compliance with company policies and data entry standards. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 3 years of experience in data entry, sales administration, accounting, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory management systems preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills. Pay:
$18.00 per hour
