Job Description

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join the office team at a busy logistics warehouse. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and warehouse-related documentation.

7:30AM - 4:30PM, MON -
FRI Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update shipment, inventory, and customer information into computer systems. Process and organize shipping and receiving documents, BOLs, and other warehouse paperwork. Verify data for accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed. Assist with emails, phone calls, and general office support. Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and other departments as needed. Maintain organized records and ensure documents are properly filed.
Requirements:
Previous data entry, administrative, or warehouse office experience preferred. Must be bilingual (English & Spanish). Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
