Data Entry

We are growing and are looking for great people to join our TEAM. We currently have an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk for our Hialeah / Miami Lakes location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining patient health records, responding to requests for health records, and performing clerical duties. Works closely with healthcare staff. Receive, request, upload, attach and link all health-related documents including; medical notes, test results, labs, state forms, patient letters, insurance referrals. Assist callers with appointments. Ensure that all information necessary for the healthcare of a patient is uploaded and entered correctly. Gather patient information by collecting demographic information from a variety of sources. Keeps health care providers informed by communicating availability or unavailability of the record. Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintain patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential. Expierence is preferred, but we will train candidates with the right customer service attitude.

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
